In the crowded lanes of Chandni Chowk in 1942, our founder set up a small stall serving hot kulchas and buttery dal. Word spread. Generations returned. What began as a family kitchen became a Delhi institution, its butter-scented steam an unmistakable part of the old city.
Today, in the heart of Sardarpura, Jodhpur, we bring that same iron kadhai, the same secret masalas, the same warm hospitality — to a new city and a new generation.
Every plate carries a story from Chandni Chowk. These eight are our most beloved.
Slow-cooked black lentils simmered overnight in butter, cream & tomatoes. The dish that made us legendary.
Stone-oven baked stuffed kulcha with spiced potato, served with chole & butter.
Cottage cheese cubes in a velvety tomato-cashew gravy finished with fenugreek.

Silken paneer & khoya dumplings in a saffron-kissed royal gravy.
Chandni Chowk style chickpeas simmered with heirloom Punjabi masalas.
Flame-kissed paneer tikka wrapped in tandoori roti with mint chutney.

Thick, chilled yogurt whipped with rose water & pistachio, in a traditional kulhad.

Freshly baked in the live tandoor, brushed with pure white butter.
Over 80 years of a legacy started in Chandni Chowk, Delhi.
A promise of 100% pure vegetarian cuisine in every dish.
A warm, welcoming space designed for families & friends.
Recipes handed down four generations, unchanged in spirit.
Local produce & house-ground masalas sourced daily.
A live clay tandoor fires our breads to smoky perfection.
